• Demo walls for new layout
• Demo sheetrock for new plumbing
• Demo all flooring
• Supply and install new sound batt insulation in new walls
• Supply and install new 5/8" sheetrock on new wall
• Supply and install new acoustical ceiling grid system
• Install owner-supplied LVT and cove base
• Install supplied carpet squares
• Prime and paint walls
• Paint with epoxy in utility room and restroom
• Supply and install new ADA restroom sign
• Install supplied graphics
• Supply and install 18" grab bar in restroom
• Install supplied restroom accessories
• Supply and install 1" aluminum blinds on storefront windows
• Supply and install new water and drain lines for washing machine
• Supply and install new expansion tank and drain pan for water heater
• Reinstall toilet following the installation of new flooring
• Supply and install lint trap for utility room
• Install washing machine hose connections and drinking water line
