Restaurant buildout

This space was an empty shell with only the meta-framed firewall studs and primary plumbing line in place in this newly renovated strip mall.

The Sacon team hung the perimeter wall along the firewall and brightened the already painted concrete block outer wall. Instead of installing a ceiling and closing in the space, we left the ceiling exposed and ran exposed ductwork in black throughout the space. To bring visual interest to the space, we hung modern pendant lighting along the bar and table seating. At the high-top seating across from the bar, we added modern wall sconces.

Accentuating the custom bar top, we added patterned tile to the base and the back wall leading to the commercial kitchen area. The polished concrete floor was highlighted through all the customer areas while tile was placed in the commercial kitchen and behind the bar.
