Hair Perfections

Hair Perfections, located off Broad River Road, was looking to move across the parking lot to a new location. Luckily they trusted the licensed team of experts at Sacon to handle the interior upfitting, including the production and installation of new cabinets and countertops.

Needs

• Demolish interior walls and wood base
• Pour back concrete in new trenching
• Patch concrete floor where plumbing was demolished
• Supply and install wood base in back area rooms
• Prep and patch sheetrock where blocking was installed
• Prep and paint all interior walls, as well as doors and frames
• Supply and install grab bars per ADA compliance
• Fabricate and install station cabinets
• Supply and install new water lines and drain lines
• Reinstall existing thermostats in new locations
• Supply and install new wire and conduit throughout space
