IMCS Office

This was our second location we constructed for our customer for another laboratory. Our first location for this customer was completed in 2016.

This was a stand alone building with a full interior upfit and exterior renovation. It required us to do a polished concrete floor for the main area which is the best low maintenance and longest lasting floor a customer can install. It also included restrooms, breakroom and private offices along with entry and lobby area. Some of the other special items we installed was a clean ceiling tile system with ceiling mounted cord reels and a patterned carpet squares in the offices and lobby.
