Sacon’s new location located in Elgin, South Carolina. We wanted a new home to host our clients, hold meetings, and welcome new clients in a comfortable and inviting environment. Our new design allows us to be more organized in our day to day operations for our clients as well as showcase the work that Sacon does.

The project presented a few challenges, as the warehouse had no HVAC, water, or sewer. All that ran to the warehouse was power. The design and permit drawings were done by Sacon and the construction was completed by Sacon crews.

The new Sacon facility was a complete renovation of a 4000 square-foot existing structure with a 3000 square-foot addition and 2000 square-foot of equipment storage along sitework and a fenced yard area.
