Sacon completed renovations at Pearlz Oyster Bar, located in the Vista! This 6,100-square-foot space required interior floor repairs & replacement, interior painting, lighting, acoustical ceiling replacement, and more.
Needs
- Demo sheet vinyl base and floor behind bar area and in kitchen area
- Demo 2nd floor carpet and glue
- Sand steps from 1st to 2nd floor for refinishing
- Demo black ceiling tile in restrooms on first floor
- Demo damaged black ceiling tile only for the second floor bar area
- Remove metal ceiling tiles on 1st floor to install spray foam sound batts to underside of 2nd floor
- Demo two damaged doors to 2nd floor restrooms
- Sand 1st floor entry doors to restrooms for refinishing
- Demo seal failure door closure at restroom
- Sand 1st floor bar top for refinishing
- Cut concrete and demo for new spread footing for structural supports in basement
- Brick up two existing window openings on the second floor
- Install two new steel 8" I beams for support to 1st floor joists
- Reinstall steel foot rail at 1st floor bar area
- Install new trim at side exterior 1st floor door
- Install 5 new ceiling fans with center lights in front dining area on the first floor
- Install new drains and drain lines at bar and kitchen area on 1st floor
- Install new cementitious underlayment behind bar and in kitchen area, finish and seal all joints
- Install new black acoustical ceiling tiles in 1st floor restrooms
- Clear finish to be applied two two new doors and two existing doors
