Craft & Draft Columbia is located on Devine Street, and is a premier beer market and taproom that draws in many locals in Columbia.

The tenants wanted to add an inviting porch area located in the back of their space for their customers.

Project Details:

• Demo wire and disconnect on rear exterior wall and relocate electrical services
• Demo HVAC and gas lines, reroute a new gas line for metal roof
• Cut sidewalk paving and asphalt
• Remove 71 cubic yards of dirt, asphalt base and debris
• Layout and form a concrete footer and slab for the 30x30ft space
• Install and paint 20 feet of new louver fencing (built by our very own Kyle!)
• Install new pre-engineered metal roof structure and attach to the building
• Install ceiling fans, boxes and switches
