Menkoi Ramen House

Our team completed the overall construction and renovation of this 1,920 sq.ft. space for the new Menkoi Ramen House located at Village of Sandhill. This project is a great example of how our team manages an entire construction project from start to finish. We collaborated on the architectural design of the new space, demoed the old restaurant, and completed the overall construction for the new restaurant.

Project Details:

• Interior demo of existing restaurant
• General construction: framing, sheetrock, painting, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, ADA ramp
• Rough in for new layout of equipment and fixtures
• Installing new gas lines and a tankless water heater
• Relocation of the electrical panel and installation of new electrical throughout the space, including new lighting
• Installed new water supplies and drains and new kitchen equipment

We're proud to have been working with Mr. Sato and his family for over 10 years. So far, we've built four locations, and take care of their business's maintenance needs.
