YogaSix

Sacon transformed a cold, dark shell space with a dirt floor into a YogaSix studio. It is designed to provide a full sensory yoga experience that is accessible for everyone. This location was built out using the Sacon team of licensed experts, creating a yoga studio, 2 ADA-compliant restrooms, a storage area, utility room, and a reception area. The walls and ceiling are constructed per the design of a sound engineering firm, to isolate the sound in and out of the studio.

YogaSix is the largest franchised yoga brand worldwide with over 150 studios across the globe. This location is locally owned and is the first in the Columbia area.

Needs

• Pour and finish concrete slab inside space
• Fabricate and install peep window using wood casing and molding
• Install TPO roofing to new HVAC and plumbing curb locations
• Paint all interior walls up to ceiling
• Supply and install new interior signage
• Install customer-supplied lockers
• Build customer-supplied desk and cubbies
• Supply and install new water lines and drain lines for new plumbing equipment
• Install customer-supplied lighting package
• Supply and install all low voltage wiring for data, audio, and video
