Piggly Wiggly, located on North Main Street, needed renovations done to their existing building. By utilizing the 4 in-house divisions of Sacon, they added new bathrooms and an expansion to the property.
Needs
- Demolish existing block walls
- Demolish back gutter to extend roof structure
- Demolish double door unit in back area loading dock
- Fill in new plumbing trenches
- Supply and install block walls
- Supply and install new dens glass sheathing
- Supply and install new trim base and top molding
- Prime and paint new sheetrock
- Paint new block walls
- Stam and poly new wainscoting
- Epoxy paint in restroom 2 inches below ceiling
- Supply and install gas lines for new HVAC units
- Cut and remove asphalt for new concrete footers
- Excavate for grease trap and drain pipe to sewer
- Fill in new extended foundation with fill dirt and prep for concrete pour
- Supply and install new concrete for restroom addition and loading dock expansions
- Supply and install 2500 gallon grease trap with gasketed man hole covers
