Swanson's Deli

This project was an existing great restaurant Deli but needed a renovation to go with the other tenant upfits also going on in the mall.



The challenge for renovation was they need to stay open for business during construction as much as possible. We did the construction in phases in order to help with them staying open for business as long as they could. This included an new commercial kitchen, Restoring the original historical floors, interior grease trap, new lighting and storage area.
