Pi Kappa Alpha

Fraternity in historic Columbia mansion

Sacon had the honor of renovating and refurbishing the historic Moore-Mann House and its back house for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at the University of South Carolina. This project involved the addition of new drywall, paint, flooring, and lighting. In addition, our team replaced and repainted parts of the outside veranda, re-striped the parking lot, and added a new spiral staircase to the top floor to replace the attic ladder.
